Week #49: Tip of the Week

#49: Did you know that you can download your member data and sort by type?

We have further streamlined our reports to allow you to only search for your desired member types and export it to an Excel spreadsheet. No longer do you have to further scrub or analyze your member data to determine who you’d like to contact. Select the member types you wish to download, press Regenerate and then Download to Excel.

for more information about the member profile, contact support@clubrunner.ca or visit our official website.

Week 15: Tip of the Week

#15. Did you know that your club can instantly report member data changes directly to Rotary International?

Automate your reporting processes and avoid duplication of efforts by sending updates of your club’s membership roster to Rotary International. Under the Membership Manager section, click on "Report Data Changes to RI", select the member record to verify by clicking on “open”, review the information and click send. If your district is online with ClubRunner, once member profile changes are made, it is immediately registered on the district site.

For more information about reporting to RI, visit the official ClubRunner website.

New Feature: Active Member Update Request

Need members to update their profile? You can now send them a request to do so! The Active Member Request Update feature allows you to review how recently your members’ profiles were updated, and by whom. Send out an email to each member displaying their current profile details and request an update if required. In order to access this feature, you must have an access level of Club Executive (level 50) or greater.

Once the email has been sent to the member, it will appear within their inbox exactly as it would if they were logged into the ClubRunner system. If all information is correct, the member doesn’t need to do anything. To make any changes to the information, they simply click on the Update button located at the top and bottom of the email message, which takes members to a password page, followed by a direct link to their profile.

Visit the official ClubRunner website for more information about this feature.

Looking to capture unique information for your club that is not already set in the regular member profile template? If you have site administrator access, you are able to create custom fields to capture dates, flags (yes or no) and characters (for regular text) to allow for a more detailed club directory. Once these fields have been added, all members will have access to update their member profile.
