#49: Did you know that you can download your member data and sort by type?
We have further streamlined our reports to allow you to only search for your desired member types and export it to an Excel spreadsheet. No longer do you have to further scrub or analyze your member data to determine who you’d like to contact. Select the member types you wish to download, press Regenerate and then Download to Excel.

Week 47: Tip of the Week
#47: Did you know that you can reorder the sequence of your website contents faster with drag-and-dropWe’ve made it easier to reorder website content listings by using either up/down arrows or the drag and drop feature. This is available for home page links, stories, news, photo albums, site pages, download files and the website sponsorship area. Try it out today!

Week 45: Tip of the Week
#45: Did you know that Club and District documents are now organized by folders.ClubRunner 2.0 has re-organized club and district documents to support multiple folders so it is easier to organize and find specific information. With this update, you are able to change the list order of files within the folders from most to least important, relevant, etc. using our new and improved up/down icons. You can also created multiple folders and subfolders to further categorize your documents by year, topic, or committee. If you’re looking for the link for a particular document to reference elsewhere on your site, click on the magnifying glass to copy the URL.

Week 22: Tip of the Week
#22: Did you know that you are able to upload multiple photos to your stories?
If you’re looking to insert multiple photos to your stories, the process is easy. You will need to first have the photos referenced on your site, either in the Download Files or in a Photo Journal. To select the photo, follow these steps once logged into your site:

If you’re looking to insert multiple photos to your stories, the process is easy. You will need to first have the photos referenced on your site, either in the Download Files or in a Photo Journal. To select the photo, follow these steps once logged into your site:
- First locate the desired photo to be used. If it’s in the download files, from the Admin page, click on “edit download files”
- Click on “view” on the desired photo and right click on the image and select “copy”
- Go back to the admin page and click on “edit stories”
- You can then add a new story or open an existing one, right click in either the story brief or story content section and select “paste”.
- Repeat as necessary

Week 14: Tip of the Week
14. Did you know that you can archive your club’s eBulletin for future access? To start archiving your bulletin today, follow these simple steps:
1. Save a copy of your bulletin in PDF format
2. Create a site page for your archive bulletins
3. Click on the link you’ve created for your archive bulletins
4. On the left hand side of the page, click on “Edit Download Files”
5. Click on Add New File, give your file link a name, click “browse” to locate the desired file on your computer, click save
6. Repeat as necessary
