ClubRunner District Version Update: District Club Positions

A new feature is available to define and change the Positions for all Club Executives and Directors. As each club edits their list, they are able to link to a related district position. This is what populates the district mailing lists and directories. You can now view the positions, see which members are in each group, and be able to export to Excel all member data for a particular position.

To access this feature, go to "Define Current and Next Year Executives" under "District, Clubs & Membership", then click on "Define Club Positions" at the top left of the screen.

For more information about this feature, please contact support@clubrunner.ca.

Week 15: Tip of the Week

#15. Did you know that your club can instantly report member data changes directly to Rotary International?

Automate your reporting processes and avoid duplication of efforts by sending updates of your club’s membership roster to Rotary International. Under the Membership Manager section, click on "Report Data Changes to RI", select the member record to verify by clicking on “open”, review the information and click send. If your district is online with ClubRunner, once member profile changes are made, it is immediately registered on the district site.

For more information about reporting to RI, visit the official ClubRunner website.

Week 4: Tip of the Week

Tip #4: It's a new Rotary year and you're able to switch over your executive listing with a simple click of a button.

On both the club and district sites, in order to update all leadership information, Site Administrators can find the command to transfer all the next year's executives and directors and organizational chart at the top of the Admin page. This will allow all new club and district leadership to gain access to otherwise restricted areas to update information and begin reporting.
If your district has already initiated this transfer, you will no longer see this command on your club site as it will have already been transitioned.
