district better through all the reports that ClubRunner has to offer. But, what if there was a way to be able to get a quick overview of both your members and the club's overall performance this year?
Did you know that you can now tap into metrics on your club demographics and membership growth, and compare it to previous years?
That's right, we've released two new reports titled Member Activity and Club Activity, which give you instant access to actionable insight to help you measure your progress and effectiveness of projects and goals.
Member Insights Activity Report
Get an overview of your members' participation in the club and compare their involvement with previous years by tracking participation points, and other activities such as how many events and meetings they've attended, what they have volunteered for, which committees they are part of, and much more. This is a great way to recognize who the non-active members are, which could signal a larger problem, allowing you to put strategies in place to keep your retention rates high.
Club Insights Activity Report
Monitor your club's health by tracking performance over the years. Compare how your club activity has changed over the years by comparing your membership levels, attendance rates, communication levels, number of events held, age/gender distribution and much more with previous years. To access these reports, click on the Reports tab on your Admin page.
Sounds great. Does this also enable tracking # hours of service by the membership? This metric is being pushed by RI President Riseley. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteBeing able to track hours of service in Clubrunner by individual member by role/office, meeting duty, and also linked to each event for generating event totals would be an excellent feature.
ReplyDeleteHi, thank you for your feedback! A report to track hours of service is definitely on our road map. We'll be sure to share more information as it becomes available.
ReplyDeleteSincerely,
Divya

How does the info get entered into CR and how does it get reported?
ReplyDeleteHi Stewart,
DeleteThese reports pull member and club data automatically. For example, every time a member registers for an event, that activity is included in this report. Similarly, as you continue to add or terminate members, your updated membership count automatically is reflected in the Club Insights report.
