Login Functionality


Currently, there is a known issue affecting the login functionality that is DNS related and is only affecting certain areas. It is intermittent and also ISP related. Our team is currently investigating this and we hope to get it resolved at the soonest possible time.

    Hello,

    We are currently working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. While we are working on resolving this issue, you are able to work around the DNS name and login to your site with the following steps:

    1. Go to your ClubRunner website and click on Login.
    2. Replace www.crsadmin.com in the address bar with 38.117.75.71 and then press Enter
    3. Type in your username and password and log in to the site.
