Tip #3: Did you know that you can exempt non-attending members from attendance reports?
You can update your member statuses to exclude those who are unable to attend meetings so it won't affect attendance reports. Under meeting services, adding the appropriate member(s) to the member leaves of absence or member exemption listing for a specified amount of time. In updating these records, the absence of these members will not affect the member’s yearly report or your club’s monthly report.

Week 2: Tip of the Week
Tip #2: How to Insert Larger Photos in your Stories
Did you know? You can reference large photos within your stories simply by copying and pasting from another source. For example, if you have several photos loaded in your photo journal and wish to reference them in a bulletin story, view each picture in its larger size, right click over the image, and select Copy. Then, within the story editor, right click where you wish to place the picture, and select Paste. The photo will appear amongst your text! Repeat this as many times as you wish.
* Note: this tip only works for Internet Explorer.

We now support Unicode!
This upgrade allows for any language to be entered into the Stories, News and the eBulletin contents, including special characters and accents. This was done to support our international customers and support will be integrated into other areas in the future. Unicode is also supported in the Email Message Center.

Week 1: Tip of the Week
Tip #1: Did you know that if your district is online with ClubRunner that you’ll have the potential to communicate with other clubs within your district?
If you are a current President, President-Elect, or Secretary, your Email Message Center will include distribution lists for all other executives in your District. Simply click on the list name to expand it and you will see the name of the club and the member. Note you won’t be able to see their email address, but by checking off their name they will receive your message. Use this feature the next time you need to announce your club event, request volunteers or even just for special announcements.
Each week there'll be a new tip posted to help you become more familiar with what ClubRunner can do. Stay tuned!
