New Login Report!

You asked for it and we delivered! We've added a new Login report that will allow club executives to track the login activity of all club members.

Available both on the club and District site, this report will display the number of active and honorary members that have logged within a certain period of time or those who have never logged in at all. Executives will be able to select month ranges and filter the report by the type of user (i.e: active, honorary, other user, etc.). You can then expand your view to see the names of the club members

along with their last login date and can even export this report to excel.

On the District site, you will be able to filter by member type, month range, by area and by club. You can then opt to view the last time they logged into the District site or to their own club site by selecting the appropriate filter option.

View your club login activity in graphical format or download it as an excel report.

RI Integration - New Field Added!

Already leading with the most number of fields integrated, we're happy to announce that ClubRunner now supports the Club Membership Chair as an integrated officer! As soon as this position is populated, the RI database will reflect this immediately, ensuring that this member will receive proper access as well as any timely notifications regarding membership. Introducing ClubRunner's Grants Module!

We're happy to announce the release of our Grants module! The Grants Module is an add-on module for Districts that allows clubs in the District to apply online for grants, and for the Grant Committee members to login and review all active and archived applications.

Based on the feedback we received from all of our District beta testers, we've updated the Grants module which now offers a lot more functionality including:

• Document storage and Archiving
• Managing qualifications by club and member
• Full tracking of expected expenses and income
• Activity logs
• Printer friendly application report
• Customizable help screens
• Financial summary and cash flow

This new module is available free of charge as a pilot for current subscribers until July 1, 2013. District Site Administrators can access the Grants module from the Admin Page by clicking on the Grants button.

Tip of the Week!

Did you know that you can generate a report to find members that are not in any committees? 

You asked us for a report you can generate to find members not part of any committees and we delivered. Now when you click on the Committees Management link from your Admin page, you will notice a new link on the left side of your screen entitled "Members Not in Any Committees". Simply, select your date filter and select the committee type. You can also sort the report by first or last name. Click on generate and you've got your list! You can also export your report to excel, PDF, TIFF or word.

Forgot your password? Need to retreive your login credentials? Should you forget your login credentials, you now have the ablity to request to reset your password.

Now when you request your password, you will receive an email prompting you to reset your password through a secure connection, making the password recovery process more efficient and secure. If you run into any difficulties logging into your site, please do not hesitate to contact us.
