ClubRunner Integrates With Quickbooks!

We're very excited to announce that ClubRunner now integrates with Quickbooks, both the online & desktop versions! You will now be able to export your statements and directly upload them to Quickbooks so you can always keep track of your financial records. Reduce time consolidating records and more time participating in club activities!

The Quickbooks Export feature is available within the Dues and Billing module. Once logged in, navigate to the Dues and Billing link, and then click on the "Export to Quickbooks" link on the left column of the page. Here, you will be able to select your transactions from within a defined date range to export. Simply click on the Export to Quickbooks option and follow the instructions as they appear on the screen!

There are still lots more exciting features coming your way - stay tuned! If you have any feedback on what you'd like to see in ClubRunner, send us a note! We'd love to hear from you.

  1. Does this feature only work with QBO or can it work with the Quickbook Desktop? Also, are you able to modify the invoices?

    Thank you.

  2. Hi,

This feature works on both QBO as well as the desktop version. To learn more, I invite you to visit our help article at: http://clubrunner.helpserve.com/Knowledgebase/List/Index/374/quickbooks-export

In regards to modifying invoices, you can do this through both ClubRunner as well as Quickbooks. In ClubRunner, you can add or remove as much information as you like on your invoice whereas in Quickbooks, you would follow the steps provided from the system. Kindly note however, that in ClubRunner, the template of the invoice is not customizable.

Please let us know if you have any questions!

    Sincerely,
    Divya T.
